Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Free Delivery when you spend over €100 in Ireland. 

Shipping is free if you spend  €100 or more. 

Prints

Prints are sent by standard post with no tracking available. Prints should arrive within  1-2 days. Processing times are 4 – 6 days but may be sooner depending on stock – please contact me if you are in a hurry and I will try to accommodate you.

Pre-order items

Items that are only available for pre-order will take longer to deliver so please email or call to discuss. These items will not fall under the free shipping offer.

Changed Your Mind? 

If you order a product and have changed your mind, firstly please inform us by email within 1 week of receiving the product. When the return has been confirmed by TASA prints, please return within 1 week. Anything after that date will not be accepted. 

The returned item must be in its original packaging and packed as it was when you received it. Any products that arrive back to TASA prints damaged due to poor packaging will not be refunded. It’s important to obtain proof of postage. We are not responsible for items that have gone walkabout in transit. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility. If the return was part or all of the order availing of the free shipping over €100 offer, the shipping cost will be redeemed from your refund amount.  

Damaged Goods? 

If you receive damaged products, please take a photo and email us immediately. We must receive the email and photo within 24 hours of you receiving it. We will organise either a replacement or refund. You decide!
